PROFILE OF OUR TEACHERS
Due to the dynamic nature of our company, we are permanently recruiting. Teachers applying to us should hold the TEFL qualification, (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and have at least 1 years teaching experience and 3 years of other work experience.
It is very important that applicants are dynamic, reliable, conscientious, hard working and assertive. Windsor is a serious school and is not the place for those teachers who intend to get by on as little class preparation as possible and are only in Madrid "to have a good time".

So you know what is expected of you as a Windsor teacher, we have prepared job descriptions for company class and academy class teachers.
