Happy teachers create happy students. Here are what some of our teachers have to say about us:
"Finding a good employer is the most challenging aspect of being a teacher in Spain. There are thousands of agencies all promising you the world - unfortunately you often don't find out which ones are good and which ones are bad until you start working for them. Windsor Idiomas are tried and tested. Over the years we've had lots of our graduates work for Windsor and all tell us the same thing. Windsor is loyal to its
teachers, looks after their welfare, pays them on time and fosters a caring
atmosphere in the workplace. Why take a risk with other agencies when you
could work for Windsor Idiomas?"

"I'd like to share my recent experience of the interview I had with Janice as it gave me a very positive impression of the working environment at Windsor-Idiomas. Although very professional, it was one of the most casual and non-threatening interviews I've had so far. It was the perfect example of how to combine professionalism with a certain level of comfort, which felt extremely motivating. Janice spoke a lot about the support available for teachers, in terms of workshops or pedagogic guidance, which is something I see as a sign of dedication to providing quality learning and employment.
What really made an impression on me was the coordination between the initial interview with Janice and the arrangement of my classes. I had a brief but very informative meeting with Rick, who basically designed the ideal schedule for me. Then I met with Roy and received some important details about the groups I'd be teaching. In other words, I walked out with what I had hoped for - that is, a job; plus a set schedule with a clear idea of what to expect from my soon-to-be students, all that in less than a couple of hours.
Most importantly, however, I sensed a very genuine atmosphere among the staff and an overall relaxed and friendly environment, one I am looking forward to enjoying on a regular basis."

"Working at Windsor has been a great experience for me as a new teacher because it's a very supportive atmosphere here. They have on going training, and if you have any problems you know you can talk to any member of the staff."

"This year will be my third year working for Windsor Idiomas. I really think that they are a great company to work for.
The teacher support team is excellent. You are never left alone and if you have any queries about anything there is always somebody to ask.
The training opportunities are also excellent as there are regular teacher training workshops as well as certified courses you can attend through Windsor.
For example I have obtained 7 extra English Language Teaching certifications since I have been here, all organised through Windsor and all for free.
And there are many opportunities to improve your CV. In my case I have taken on extra responsibilities this year including organising exam workbooks for different levels and becoming more involved with different aspects of the company."
Adam Chamberlain
"I have been teaching English in Madrid for almost 3 years now, and I have had a lot of different experiences working in different English academies. I am currently teaching with Windsor Idiomas and I hope to continue working here for many years to come.
In comparison to all the other schools that I have worked for, the biggest difference at Windsor can be summed up in one word - quality.
They start by hiring motivated and dedicated teachers. The staff genuinely cares about teaching English and works diligently to ensure that their clients as well as their teachers are happy.
I am proud to be part of their team."
Jane Martin
"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Windsor Idiomas. In little over 12 months I have seem my teaching skills develop greatly, due in no small part to the exceptional support and training provided for staff members."
Jules Reid
"Working at Windsor is very amenable mainly because there is a very good working atmosphere, a good feeling in the teachers' room and the management team are young and enthusiastic with lots of fresh ideas.
The school itself is a really pleasant place to work, the classrooms are very luminous and the views from most of the classrooms are spectacular."
